Prediction: It’s Bayh
August 22nd, 2008 by Matt IngogliaI’m calling it now- based on what I’ve been hearing all day, tomorrow Obama will announce the next Vice President of the United States: Indiana Senator Evan Bayh. Whether choosing a pro-war unknown Midwesterner with unknown political skill will prove beneficial to Obama remains to be seen. Hell, even the running mate choice remains to be seen. Don’t get mad though, the longer Obama waits the more cell phone numbers he gets, and these are by and large young voters who we will need to remind to vote come November 4.

CNN confirmed it’s not Kaine or Bayh. And there is a “flurry of activity” (oh Candy Crowley…) around Joe Biden’s house. And the text message will come between 4am and 10am.
And they’re also reporting Clinton was never even officially vetted. If that’s true, it’s very bad for the Obama-Clinton supporters relationship.
Why is MSNBC airing “To Catch and Identity Thief” ? It’s like after 10pm they just tune out and turn into the Chris Hansen Channel.

They definitely vetted her- I feel like that was a last minute Drudge-style rumor designed to get people angry. Huffington and several other sources reported last month that the Obama campaign confirmed they vetted her; I’m not sure why they would lie about that.
And after the Chris Hansen Channel, they turn into the Prison Shows Channel.
